Yes, Gemsys or one of our approved service partners can provide service and support in most major cities across Canada.

Do you provide loaner equipment?

Loaner equipment will be supplied if you have a valid service and support agreement.

Can you provide telephone support?

A 1-800 telephone service and support line is available Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm EST. Telephone support is available FREE of charge to all customers with a valid service and support agreement.

Do you repair all makes and models of money handling equipment?

Our service and support staff have factory training for various makes and modes of coin, currency, and cheque handling equipment. We will be pleased to provide service and support for many makes and modes, contact us for additional information.

Do you rent equipment?

Yes, we can provide you with rental equipment. Rental equipment includes coin sorting machines, currency counting machines, coin wrapping machines. Please contact us for additional information.
