If a product has to be returned for repair or replacement, please follow these steps:

• Contact your local sales professional or our order desk at 1 800 465-0465
• Obtain a return goods authorization number.
• For warranty and or repairs obtain a service job number.
• Deliver or courier the goods to the location indicated.
• Do NOT return goods without a valid return goods authorization number.

Goods returned without a valid return goods authorization number will not be accepted.

Restocking charges will apply for all goods returned without the original packaging and instructional documentation.
