Gemsys Money Handling Systems Inc and approved service partners will provide a service and support program that will keep your equipment functioning at peak performance levels. Our team of professional factory trained technicians and support staff will be pleased to discuss your needs.

 

GEMSYS SERVICE AND SUPPORT PLANS

 

PLAN 1        ON SITE SERVICE - PARTS INCLUDED


•    On-Site preventative maintenance service.  Preventative maintenance will be scheduled by Gemsys and it is based on the type of equipment and usage.
•    Unlimited telephone support and On-Site emergency calls.
•    1-800-emergency service HELP line.
•    All replacement parts are included; includes all mechanical and electronic components. Excluding those parts and consumable items that are purely dependent upon equipment usage.
•    Response time within 2 hours.
•    All labour charges are included.
•    All Travel charges to and from the customer site are included.
•    Replacement loaner machines will be provided (depending upon model) if machines have to be returned to Gemsys for repair.
•    Fixed Term 36 months billed annually.



PLAN 2        ON SITE SERVICE - PARTS ADDITIONAL

•    On-Site preventive maintenance service.  Preventive maintenance will be scheduled by Gemsys and it is based on the type of equipment and usage.
•    Replacements of parts are additional.
•    Unlimited telephone support and On-Site emergency calls.
•    1-800-emergency service HELP line.
•    Response time within 2 hours.
•    All labour charges are included.
•    All travel charges to and from the customer site are included.
•    Fixed Term of 12 months or 36 months billed annually.



PLAN 3        DEPOT COVERAGE

•    Depot coverage can be purchased as an upgrade to the standard equipment warranty, or purchased as a service and support contract after the warranty period has expired.
•    All replacement parts are included; includes all mechanical and electronic components. Excluding those parts and consumables items that are purely dependent upon equipment usage.
•    1-800-emergency service HELP line.
•    All labour charges are included.
•    Replacement of loaner machines (depending upon model).
•    Turnaround repair time and shipping within 1-4 business days anywhere in Canada.
•    Customer pays shipping charges.
•    Fixed Term 36 months billed annually.
